Refund Policy

The 7-day rule

If your Growth Roadmap isn't useful, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we refund the full amount. No forms and no arguments.

How to ask

Email alex@growthos.business from the address you paid with, and say you'd like a refund. A reason helps us improve but isn't required.

Timing

We issue the refund through Stripe within 3 business days. Your bank usually shows it within 5-10 business days.

You keep the Roadmap

The Roadmap is yours either way.
