Terms of Service

These terms cover the Growth Assessment sold on growthos.business by Bentata Consulting & Management ("we", "us"). By paying, you agree to them.

What you buy

The Growth Assessment is a 2-hour working session with our team, followed by a written Growth Roadmap delivered within 1 business day of the session. The Roadmap lists your top fixes in order, what we saw, what you told us, and our estimates, kept apart.

Price

The founding price is $249 (regular price $499), paid once through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include no ongoing commitment.

Refund

If the Roadmap isn't useful, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we refund you in full. You keep the Roadmap. Details are in the refund policy.

No guaranteed results

We give our honest best judgment. Results depend on your business and on what gets implemented. Any figure we give is an estimate and is labeled as one.

Your part

• Give accurate information and the access we agree on for the session.
• Make your own decisions about what to implement.

Ongoing services

Help after the Roadmap (implementation and ongoing operations) is covered by a separate written proposal and its own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the Growth Assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
